We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Manchester, who are recruiting for a Service Coordinator on a temporary eight-week contract. The position is due to start immediately, with the potential to be extended. The hourly rate of pay is negotiable dependant on experience

The ideal candidate will have experience working with tenants aged 55+, have an enhanced DBS certificate, carried out within the last 12 Months, drive and have access to their own vehicle, and have proven experience of Service Coordinator duties.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Working on a supported housing scheme with vulnerable tenants aged 55+
• Conducting daily welfare checks on residents and raising any concerns to senior management
• Signposting any tenant issues to the correct bodies and directly helping where applicable
• Conducting pull cord and fire alarm checks
• Carrying out tenancy management duties across the scheme
• Encouraging Community involvement amongst the residents
• Responsible for the safeguarding and signposting of the residents
• Holding monthly resident engagement meetings

Experience required:

• Experience required in Scheme management
• Experience working with customers within housing

Working hours:

• 35 hours per week
• Monday – Friday, 8:15am-4:15pm
