We are proud to be partnering with an award-winning commercial real-estate/surveying consultancy with a multi-million-pound order book and a global reputation, who are looking to appoint an Associate Director with a Project Management background and a Senior Project Manager on a permanent vacancy.

This will be a full-time position based in London, with projects spanning across the home counties but lots of flexibility in regards to hybrid working.

The ideal candidates will have extensive client-side project management experience, and working within commercial refurbishment developments.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Managing a project portfolio up to £50 million involving commercial refurbishment works, with projects ranging from 20,000 – 80,000 square footages

• Ensure projects are completed within budget and dedicated time frames

• Prepare fee proposals and pitch to new and existing clients

• Deliver the necessary documentation promptly and without error to ensure swift deliverance of projects

Experience required:

• Experience required client-side project management (i.e. delivering projects)

• Experience working with values up to £10 - £50 million

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Preparing fee proposals

• Financial management and budgeting

• Compliance and due diligence
