We are currently partnering with a leading Housing Association who are recruiting for a Scheme Manager to join their supported living team on a temporary three-month contract.

This is a great role for anyone with previous experience supporting the elderly with housing needs either in a residential or supported living setting.

This is a full-time position with a pay rate of £18.00 per hour via an Umbrella company and is due to start immediately.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Completing regular welfare checks on residents
• Managing a sheltered scheme consisting of flats, providing support to customers aged 55+
• Responsible for monitoring the health and safety across the building
• Completing pull-cord equipment checks
• Logging repairs and following these up with contractors
• Ensuring safeguarding is adhered to at all times
• Updating wellbeing plans as required and ensuring they are tailored to individual customer needs
• Signposting customers to external agencies

Experience required:

• Previous experience working in supported living with the elderly
• A strong understanding of safeguarding
• Full driving license
• Basic or Enhanced DBS certificate required
