Job description
We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Cheshire, who are recruiting for a Repairs Planning Team Leader on a temporary eight-week contract.
The position is due to start immediately, covering sick leave. The hourly rate of pay is negotiable up to £26.00 via an Umbrella company.
The ideal candidate will have used the DRS/OpenHousing system previously, have a basic DBS certificate, and have experience overseeing a team of schedulers.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Managing a team of Works Planners/Maintenance Coordinators
Ensuring the scheduling requirements for the maintenance/repairs teams are met to ensure all works are completed to tenant satisfaction
Managing daily processes such as raising repairs and servicing, diary planning, daily run sheets, task dispatch, appointments management, complaints handling and materials ordering and payments
Aiding in the management process of equipment/plant inventory and material orders
Leading on the process for raising and monitoring invoices
Aiding in the management of relationships with contractors and service providers
Developing solutions and recommendations to enable the overall performance improvement of the maintenance function across all operational business areas
Experience required:
Experience required in Social Housing
Experience working with customers within housing
