Job description

We are proud to be partnering with a London/Surrey based Housing Association who are looking to appoint 3 x Project Surveyor on a permanent basis.

This will be a full-time position covering a patch in either North or East London, with hybrid working (1/2 days home working) and a salary of £49,000 - £55,000 per annum dependent on experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience of manging stock investment works on residential properties and a minimum of HNC/HND is essential.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Delivering property investment and planned works programmes, with works including kitchens, bathrooms, windows, doors, and roofing works
  • Working on retrofit projects, including insulation installations
  • Conducting contractor valuations and claims, including interim and final account payments
  • Managing the quality inspection process of works, including pre-start scoping, in-progress quality inspections, and post-inspection sign-offs
  • Working closely with Customer Liaison Officers to ensure a high level of customer experience and satisfaction
  • Accurately reviewing and updating stock data to develop future stock investment and planned work programmes
  • Managing works accurately through Keystone
  • Experience required:

  • Delivering stock investment/major works to social housing or private residential housing
  • Delivering an excellent customer focused service
  • Managing suppliers through long term contracts
  • Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • High standard of customer service skills
  • Self-reliant
  • Ability to work independently and manage own diary
