Job description
We are currently working in partnership with a manufacturing organisation in West Lancashire, who are looking to appoint a HR Coordinator on a permanent basis.
This will be a full-time position, paying £30,000 - £35,000 depending on candidate experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting on all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Providing first line assistance on HR policies and procedures
- Supporting with management on low-level ER cases such as absences and grievances
- Collating site HR data and producing reports for senior leadership team
- Enhancing employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention through the implementation and monitoring of various initiatives and surveys
- Supporting with the training and induction of new employees as well as training current employees on new procedures
- Assisting with the Health & Safety training of current and existing staff
- Leading on compliance of personnel files, ensuring audits are passed
