Job description

We are currently working in partnership with a leading care provider in Staffordshire, who are looking to appoint a HR Administrator on a 6-month FTC.

This will be a full-time position, with a hybrid working pattern and a salary of £28,000 per annum.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Assisting the HR Manager on a day-to-day basis with a variety of tasks to support the HR Department

  • Supporting the implementation of new HR Processes within the wider business, working closely with line mangers and the HR team

  • Dealing with HR queries from employees and management to make sure they are dealt with in a professional manner

  • Maintain and update the HRIS to maintain accurate employee records

  • Prioritising daily workload to ensure deadlines are met

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • Great attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Strong communication skills

Working hours:

  • 35 hours per week

  • Monday – Friday
