Job description
We are currently working in partnership with a Charity based in London, who are recruiting for a HR Change Manager on a FTC for 12 months. The position is due to start in May. The annual salary for this vacancy is £53,515 per annum.
The ideal candidate will have past experience within Change Management and restructures.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Providing business partner support to the programmes directorate, guiding them through change with re-structures and overall organisational change
Managing of HR advice & support on all People & Culture and recruitment matters with support from the HR Officer/HR / L&D / LMS Co-ordinator
Providing high quality day to day advice and guidance to Directors, Heads of Department, Managers and staff on People & Culture matters
Giving employment advice based on legal & People & Culture best practice & continually improving our processes & policies
Working on initiatives & projects in the People & Culture operating plan to improve organisational performance ranging from talent management, diversity & inclusion, performance management, reward and benefits review
Facilitating organisational change workshops for staff to build greater understanding and competency when working through change
Experience required:
Experience in Change Management
Producing a plan to improve organisational performance
Facilitating organisational change workshops
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
Employment law knowledge
Knowledge within Talent management, Diversity & Inclusion, Performance management & Reward and Benefits
Knowledge in company policies

4 days working from home, 1 day in the office
