Our client, based in Coventry, is currently recruiting for a Head of HR Operations on a 3-month interim contract to provide some immediate support to the team during a period of transition. They are able to offer 4 days remote working, with one day p/week required in their offices in Warwickshire.

The ideal candidate will need to have had significant experience leading a HR Shared Services through change, and be confident in implementing new systems and recommending changes for improvements to staff and existing processes.

Key duties will include – but not limited to:

• Implementing a new payroll provider, working in partnership with Finance, Procurement, IT and external providers

• Leading the BAU People Operations team – supporting the transition into an offshore provider

• Reviewing and updating processes and templates and driving improvements in team performance

• Streamlining and automating induction/onboarding processes, utilising new technologies effectively

• Reviewing and making recommendations for improvements to the oversight and management of wellbeing issues

Working hours:

• 37 hrs/week

• 8:30 – 5:00 Monday – Thursday/ 8:30 – 4:00 Friday
