What will you do?
You will be trained as a 360 recruitment consultant from day one and start your career with us on an initial 12 week training schedule, fully supported by your Manager and team.
You will become an expert in one of our specialist division’s; Human Resources, Social Housing or Property Management and will provide advice, guidance and consultation to both clients and candidates of all levels.
You will develop relationships with clients at multiple organisations through various business development tools; telephone, email marketing, LinkedIn, virtual meetings and in person client visits.
You will source, screen, short-list and provide consultation to candidates of all levels within your specialist sector using a range of tools.
You will multi-task and prioritise workload alongside your team in an ever-changing, deadline centred, KPI driven and fast paced environment.
You will work alongside your colleagues, clients and candidates in line with our four core values; collaboration, transparency, growth and respect’.
