Jo Dufficy

Jo joined the business in 2013 as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant and later became a Managing Consultant for the Birmingham Human Resources team. She moved into her role as Talent Manager in 2018 and now manages the internal Talent Acquisition team, who handle the recruitment of staff across our offices in Leicester, Birmingham and London.
