Jo Dufficy
Talent Manager
Jo joined the business in 2013 as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant and later became a Managing Consultant for the Birmingham Human Resources team, before moving into her role as Talent Manager in 2018.
She currently manages the internal Talent Acquisition team for the James Andrews Group, who handle the recruitment of staff across our offices in Leicester, Birmingham and London, along with our dedicated Rec2Rec, Sales and Graduate roles arm of the business, St Paul's Talent Solutions.
