We are proud to be partnering with a leading multi-disciplinary construction consultancy who offer a comprehensive range of services to the housing sector. They are looking to appoint Validation Surveyors on a 3 month temporary contract.

This will be a full-time position in Lincolnshire due to start at the end of January with the rates being £21 per house & £16 per flat.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with HHSRS & conducting stock condition surveys on social housing units and have a full UK driving license.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Performing validation surveys on social housing units and confirming information that has already been collected from a previous surveyor

• Utilising a thorough understanding of HHSRS knowledge to complete the surveys and reporting any health and safety hazards found on the premises

• Undertaking surveys on an electronic handheld device in a timely manner following

• Liaising with and engaging with residents in regards to the work being carried out

• Working in accordance with changing legislation, as well as health & safety policies and procedures

Experience required:

• Experience conducting stock condition surveys

• Social housing environment experience

• HHSRS
