Our client, based in Epping, Essex, is currently recruiting for a Housing Tenancy Officer on a 3-6 month temporary contract.

The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The hourly rate is negotiable based on experience for this position.

The ideal candidate will have a full UK driving license and have access to their own vehicle. They will also have experience working on a patch of properties.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Managing a patch of 800 properties across the Loughton and Epping Forest area

• Dealing with general estate and tenancy management

• Carrying out settling in visits and estate inspections

• Dealing with low level ASB on the estates, referring complex cases onto the ASB team

• Signposting customers to additional support providers

• Overseeing mutual exchanges, successions, sign ups and viewings

Experience required:

• Experience required in Social Housing

• Experience working with customers within housing

• Tenancy management

• ASB

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Civica system (desirable)

Rewards and Benefits:

• 35 hours per week

• Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
