Job description
We are currently partnering with a council with operations across the Skelmersdale and Ormskirk, who are recruiting for an Asbestos Compliance Officer to join their growing team on a permanent basis.
This is a full-time position with a salary of £37,938 and the start date is subject to notice.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Creating specifications for asbestos surveys for tenants, following on from home visits
Providing expert technical advice for colleagues across the organisation in regards to Asbestos Compliance
Undertaking post inspections following on from works to ensure Compliance was being met
Updating Compliance systems in regards to Asbestos Compliance works
Experience required:
Experience required in Social Housing
Experience within both Compliance and Asbestos
