We are currently partnering with a council with operations across the Skelmersdale and Ormskirk, who are recruiting for an Asbestos Compliance Officer to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

This is a full-time position with a salary of £37,938 and the start date is subject to notice.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Creating specifications for asbestos surveys for tenants, following on from home visits

• Providing expert technical advice for colleagues across the organisation in regards to Asbestos Compliance

• Undertaking post inspections following on from works to ensure Compliance was being met

• Updating Compliance systems in regards to Asbestos Compliance works

Experience required:

• Experience required in Social Housing

• Experience within both Compliance and Asbestos
