We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Trowbridge, who are recruiting for a Surveying Project Manager. The position is due to start immediately, with a salary of £47,000 per annum.

The ideal candidate will a HNC/HND qualification and recent experience in Project Management and Contract Management.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Undertaking procurement activities for new and existing contract

• Managing contractors’ input and outputs in completing works

• Checking accuracy of invoices submitted by contractors to maximise cost efficiency

• Reviewing and reporting on contractual and legal documentation, reports, design drawings and specifications including all external works and site wide elements.

• Providing clear and honest communication and manage expectations appropriately

Experience required:

• HNC in Building or Surveying or equivalent experience.

• Experience with maintenance management and/or construction management.
