Job description
We are currently looking for a Support Worker to join a fantastic award-winning women’s charity based in Sussex.
They are open to seeing both full time and part time candidates. Interviews will be held immediately and the hourly rate is paying up to £20, depending on experience. There is home working available – roughly 2 days per week.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Managing a caseload of 30+ clients who are either on probation or at risk of going to prison, and who may have additional needs e.g. substance misuse, domestic violence or mental health issues
Carrying out detailed risk assessments
Ensuring that clients have relevant support plans in place to prevent them from re-offending
Working closely with probation services and the Police
Meeting with clients and providing 1-2-1 support/key working
Experience required:
Caseload management
Working with vulnerable clients – experience working with vulnerable women or ex-offenders would be ideal

Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
