We are currently partnering with a long-established Supported Housing Chariity, who are recruiting for Support Workers and Tenancy Sustainment Officers to join their growing team on a temporary to permanent basis in Denbighshire.

This is a full-time position with an hourly rate variable on experience, that is in line with the permanent salaries, and the start date is as soon as possible!

​

Please note, the ideal candidate will have an enhanced DBS, however a new one can also be processed if needed!

​

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Supporting tenants across all age groups with a range of support needs from mental health issues to substance misuse

• Completing support plans for tenants, ensuring everything is carried out in a timely manor

• Assisting tenants on a path to independent living by signposting issues and creating action plans in accordance

• Having knowledge on renting Homes Wales and Occupational Contracts

• Helping tenants with their tenancy rent accounts

• Carrying out Health and Safety checks across tenancies, reporting any issues to the relevant bodies where needed

• Applying safeguarding knowledge when supporting tenants

Experience required:

• Working with supported living tenants

• Completing support plans and risk assesments

• Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Risk assessment

• Safeguarding legislation

Working hours:

• 35 hours per week

• Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
