Job description
We are currently partnering with an award winning, national rail provider who are recruiting for a Customer Experience Project manager to join their growing Customer Experience team, providing project management support to the delivery of CEX aimed at improving customer experience.
This is a full-time position with a salary of £58k for the ideal candidate, with a multitude of added benefits such as free rail travel for themselves and family and 2 days working from home.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Initiate, plan, execute and close CEX projects end to end, across the full project management cycle
Meeting the KPIs of the project, staying within budget and delivery projects on time
Create and maintain external relationships with stakeholders, such as other rail operators & British Transport Police
Ensure all Change Management processes are fully documented, supporting risk analysis management
Provide project management support and coaching to colleagues in departments who are managing small scale projects
Experience required:
Experience working in the transport or logistics background
Have experience of working within a unionized environment
Previous success of delivering customer experience projects
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
Personable and approachable as the role requires a high level of work with external stakeholders
Project management qualification, or working towards
Ability to engage and advise across all levels of an organisation
