Job description

We are proud to be partnering with a private market-leading consultancy firm, who are looking to appoint a Stock Condition Programme Manager on a permanent contract.

This will be a full-time position based in London, with a salary of £60,000 per annum dependent on experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience within a more senior position surrounding stock condition surveys focused social housing units and have a full UK driving license.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Coordinating the stock condition survey programme using both in-house and external resources to achieve the necessary level of surveys across the stock

  • Assisting the surveyor teams, clients and Project Coordinators with any queries, and aid general running of the team internally and externally

  • Providing support to the team on data assurance projects by validating data gathered by others

  • Profiling stock, monitoring performance, benchmarking, and supporting efforts to maintain data quality and up-to-date information

  • Assisting with the provision of information to other members of the team to facilitate the monitoring of project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, with reference to milestones and Key Performance Indicators

Experience required:

  • Social housing professional

  • Proven experience in the industry, showcasing a depth of knowledge and proficiency

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • Good organisational skills & punctuality

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
