​We are currently partnering with a Social Housing provider in South Wales, who are recruiting for a Site Manager to assist with a project on a 12-month contract.

The £5 million project will be delivering 28 new build timber frame properties for a Social Housing Provider.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive day rate and with a projected start date of the 18th of December.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Delivering daily tool box talks to sub-contractors

• Ensuring adherence with health and safety regulations

• Providing weekly updates on timeframes and budgets

• Completing inspections to ensure there are no snags on site

• Managing external work trades such as bricklayers, ground workers, steel erecters, roofers, cladders, window installers

Experience required:

• Social Housing experience is desirable

Qualifications:

• SMSTS Certificate

• CSCS Card Holder

Daily Hours:

• 37 hours per week

• Daily Hours: 08:00 – 16:00
