We are thrilled to partner with a leading Housing Association to recruit an experienced permanent Service Manager. They are considering candidates that are looping for a step up, offering salary between £32,000 - £34,000 per annum, and flexible working from home.

Role details:

·         Rate: £32,000 to £34,000 per annum

·         Contract: Permanent

·         Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday (09:00am to 17:00pm)

·         Location: Dorset & flexible working from home

The successful candidate must have experience with Domiciliary Care, but may have been deputy level previously.

Duties will include:

·         Take responsibility and proactive actions in maintaining and ensuring standards of care within the service and complaint with CQC regulations, the Health & Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014

·         Take on the leadership and management of the staff team to ensure that service users received high standards of person-centred care to ensure their safety, security and wellbeing, considering and responding to differing individual choices and needs

·         Ensure service uses have an excellent quality of life while ensuring they are always safeguarded and protected from harm

·         Encourage service users to maintain maximum independence and control with regards to the personal care and support offered promoting choice, dignity and respect in all areas
