Our client, based in the Wirral, are currently recruiting for a Plasterer on a permanent basis.

The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The salary for the role is £35,604.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within Social Housing, undertaking reactive maintenance, using a PDA system and be willing to travel across the Wirral to carry out works.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Carry out plastering works within domestic properties, such as skimming, dotting and dabbing, rendering, pointing

• Provide tenants with updates on ongoing works

• Work on large scale plastering for kitchen and bathrooms

• Utilise a PDA to record and plan works as required

• Ensure van is fully stocked at all times

Experience required:

• Experience required in Social Housing

• Experience working with customers within housing

• 38 hours per week

• Monday – Thursday, 8:00am-4:15pm / 3:30pm finish on a Friday
