Job description

We are currently working in partnership with a well-established organisation, who are looking to appoint a Senior HR Advisor (Transformation) on a 12-month FTC.

This will be a full-time position based in Lincolnshire, with hybrid working (2/3 days home working) and a salary of £34,000 - £39,000 per annum per annum.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of change transformation and project management.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Working closely with the Head of HR & OD, Employee Relations Manager and Client Lead, and Senior client stakeholders to manage the alignment of the terms and conditions of employment across organisations

  • Developing and managing detailed project plans with concise timelines, maintaining associated reports and decision records, for future reference

  • Developing reporting and information for organisation decision and updates, including union and political member engagement

  • Working with HR team to ensure that letters, policies and consultations are planned for, managed and implemented

  • Identifying and managing risks; put in place appropriate mitigation plans. Ensure the continuity of services can be always maintained

  • Providing expert advice and guidance to stakeholders; on the people impacts of change

  • Building and maintaining constructive stakeholder relationships that position the wider HR team for success and help drive the development of great people leaders across the business

  • Ensuring effective communications are in place within HR and with business stakeholders to enable consistent, coordinated and effective messaging, with appropriate channels for feedback

Skills, knowledge and experience required:

  • Experience of project management

  • Experience of advising on complex Business change/Cultural change programmes

  • Experience of developing effective relationships

  • A proven history of working with unions
