Job description

We are proud to be partnering with a well-established Housing Association based in Liverpool, who are looking to appoint a Senior ASB Officer on a 6-month temporary contract.

This will be a full-time position based across Liverpool, with hybrid working and an hourly rate which is negotiable based on experience around management and ASB.

The ideal candidate will have experience with managing staff in the Housing sector as well as be confident with ASB and the legalities behind it.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Managing the Safer Estates team, including performance management, attendance, and training needs
  • Ensuring effective and timely case management by allocating cases to the Safer Estates team and monitoring workload and capacity
  • Conducting regular audits and quality checks, implementing improvements as needed.
  • Providing advice and support on Safer Estates policies, procedures, legal frameworks, and business data, especially for complex or sensitive issues
  • Working with other company sections to enhance team performance, promote effective case management, and deliver excellent customer service
  • Maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, representing the Safer Estates team at meetings
  • Supporting the team in managing ASB cases, preparing legal documents, and generating reports on key performance indicators using the QL Housing Management system

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • Significant experience in managing ASB cases, ensuring effective resolution and adherence to best practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of ASB policies, procedures, and legislation, with a proven ability to handle and resolve complex cases successfully.
  • Proven track record in team management, including performance evaluations, one-on-one meetings, attendance oversight, and identifying training and development needs.

Working hours:

  • 35 hours per week
  • Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
