Job description

We are proud to be partnering with a prestigious Social Housing provider who is dedicated to providing an outstanding service to their tenants. They are looking to expand their Quality & Performance team and are keen to appoint a Resident Liaison Officer on a four month temporary contract.

The role is a full time position, 35 hours per week with hybrid working, two days home working, three days on patch/in the office. The rate is £20.00 per hour via an umbrella company.

The ideal candidate must have full UK driving license, access to a car and be willing to travel on patch. They will need to have experience conducting customer feedback surveys and have excellent written skills.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Collaborating closely with tenants and any stakeholders on site to a seamless and heightened customer experience

  • Working as part of the Quality & Performance team, conducting visits to tenants and carrying out customer feedback surveys, reporting findings back to the team

  • Carrying out report writing, must have outstanding written skills

  • Working alongside the Compliance Officer to create a customer feedback policy

  • Working to deliver the best quality service, responsible for a first-class liaison and support to the wider Quality & Performance team, liaising with a wide and diverse customer base, in a professional and efficient manner

Experience required:

  • Previous experience of working within Social Housing or Local Government in a Resident Liaison/Community Engagement capacity

  • Must have knowledge/experience of conducting customer feedback surveys face to face, over the phone and via email

  • Experience of handling challenging and complex situations

  • An effective communicator at all levels, you will be able to work pro actively and independently to deliver on tight time scales

Working hours:

  • 35 hours per week

  • Monday – Friday

  • Hybrid working, two days from home, three days on patch/in the office
