We are currently partnering with a leading social housing provider based in East London, who are recruiting for a Repairs Team Leader to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

Our client is proud to manage over 10,000 homes and invest around £4m each year in community regeneration.

This is a full-time position with a salary band of £41,964 to £44,430 (subject to experience) and the start date is subject to notice.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Supervise and support a team of Repair Advisors and Assistants
• Assisting with the management of rotas and schedules to ensure the Repair Hub is appropriately staffed
• Raising repairs & logging contacts in line with the organisation's policies, procedures and obligations
• Triage incoming repairs and contacts, ensuring that those with the highest priority are progressed first
• Investigating and diagnosing repair issues
• Reviewing and updating open repair orders
• Championing excellence in data management and record keeping
• Managing, organising, and updating data in accordance with policies and procedures
• Assisting with the development & delivery of training workshops and induction programmes

Experience required:

• Experience delivering excellent customer services in a highly pressurised environment
• Knowledge of housing and repair service legislation & regulation
• Experience using use MS Word, Excel and Outlook effectively
