We are currently working in partnership with a specialist housing provider based in West London, who are looking for an experienced Housing Officer to join their team on a temporary basis ASAP.

The role is a full time position and is paying around £27 per hour via an umbrella company. The perfect candidate will have strong all round housing knowledge, experience mediating between residents and resolving ASB issues. A Basic DBS is also required.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Managing a patch of 250 properties in West London
• Dealing with low level ASB e.g. noise and neighbour disputes, and mediating between residents
• Handling sign ups and tenancy changes e.g. successions and mutual exchanges
• Monitoring tenants' rent accounts and chasing arrears
• Signposting customers to additional support providers
• Dealing with general estate and tenancy management

Essential criteria:

• ASB experience, ideally up to court level
• Basic DBS
• Able to be adaptable and be present on site when needed

Perks:

• Hybrid working (circa 2 days per week)
• Flexible working hours - core hours are between 10am-4pm but you can work between 8am-6pm, Mon-Fri

Working hours:

• 35 hours per week
