Job description
We are proud to be partnering with a leading Social Housing provider who are looking to appoint a Responsive Repairs Manager on a permanent basis.
This will be a full-time position based in Gloucestershire, with hybrid working (2/3 days home working) and a salary of £42,275.00.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience delivering responsive repairs, managing sub-contractors and overseeing finances/budgets. They are willing to consider candidates with varied experience, as long as they have strong IT skills and are keen to embed themselves within the Housing sector.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Managing the repairs to deliver programmed works within domestic Social Housing properties
Collating and analysing data through Power BI, and presented concise data to senior management based on team performance and expenditure
Overseeing subcontractor performance and completing site inspections/audits to completion to ensure that all works meet pre-agreed specifications
Ensuring that works fall within pre-agreed financial boundaries
Updating relevant stakeholders on upcoming/ongoing works
Experience required:
Experience required in Social Housing
Experience working with customers within housing
Experience working in responsive repairs
Experience overseeing budgets
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
Knowledge of building maintenance and experience operationally leading teams
Experience within Social Housing
Full UK Driving licence
