What will you do?

  • You will join us as a 360 recruitment consultant on our specialist Social Housing division and will provide advice, guidance and consultation to both clients and candidates of all levels.
  • You will develop relationships with clients at multiple organisations through various business development tools; telephone, email marketing, LinkedIn, virtual meetings and in person client visits.
  • You will source, screen, short-list and provide consultation to candidates of all levels within your specialist sector using a range of tools.
  • You will multi-task and prioritise workload alongside your team in an ever-changing, deadline centred, KPI driven and fast paced environment.
  • You will work alongside your colleagues, clients and candidates in line with our four core values; collaboration, transparency, growth and respect’.

What qualities contribute to your success as a recruitment consultant?

  • Experience within Social Housing recruitment or similar is desirable; however, if you're looking for a sector change then we still want to hear from you
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to establish rapport
