Job description

Our client, based in Western-super-Mare, is currently recruiting for a Recovery Navigator on a 3 month temporary contract.

The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The hourly rate is negotiable based on experience for this position. This is a brilliant opportunity to support individual with Complex Mental Health Need

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Mental Health, hold a enhanced DBS taken out within the last three years, have experience working within a similar service and also have access to their own vehicle.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Identify individual mental health support needs of a client within a brand-new service

  • Create treatment plans using a Dialog Tool+ and assess where the need for support is

  • Signpost a liaise with external services such as: communications groups, voluntary services, faith and social enterprises

  • Assess individual needs 1-to-1 and work closely with the Multi-Disciplinary Team

  • Create, develop and update risk assessments and support plans

  • Provide housing related support, debt advice, employment and financial advice

Experience required:

  • Experience required in a Mental Health Service

  • Experience working with customers with complex needs

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • Risk assessments, support and action plans

  • Customer Service

Rewards and Benefits:

  • No Weekends

Working hours:

  • 37 hours per week

  • Monday – Thursday, 9am-5pm

  • Friday, 9am-4pm
