Our Local Authority client based in Staffordshire, is currently recruiting for a Property Lawyer to join the team on a locum basis for 3-months initially.

The contract is for 37-hours per week, and the hourly rate is negotiable subject to PQE.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Handling a range of property transactions, to include lease renewals, land disposals, land swaps and transfers, deeds of release, discharge of covenants, easements, new lettings and surrenders

• Providing ad-hoc property advice to the client, in regards to rent arrears and possessions

Experience required:

• Experience required in Local Government
