Job description
We are currently partnering with a leading Property & Construction Consultancy, who are recruiting for Project Managers & Building Surveyors to join their growing team on a permanent basis.
Our client is proud to provide a bespoke range of services to corporate clients and public bodies across the UK and Europe, and with wider global capability.
This is a full-time position with a salary band of £45,000 to £50,000 (subject to experience) and the start date is subject to notice.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Overseeing day-to-day delivery of projects
- Positively engaging with Clients and developing, growing and maintaining Client relationships
- Establishing effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the project
- Producing cost plans, feasibilities and optioneering
- Liaising with the client, contractors, and designers
- Managing sub-consultants and construction managers
Experience required:
- Degree educated & ideally with relevant professional qualification (MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM) or on the path to achieving this
- Experience of working within a multi-disciplinary organisation
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
- Excellent communication, planning and organisation skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet tight targets
- Strong technical ability, commercial acuity, financially literate and comfortable controlling cost and risk
