​Role: Project Lead - Digital Transition

Working Arrangements: Predominantly remote working. Occasional travel to the Devon office

Salary: £42,000

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Lead to spearhead their digital telecare transition. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a rapidly evolving sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of a new digital call-handling platform

• Manage the digitalisation of telecare services

• Oversee procurement and installation of new equipment

• Ensure minimal disruption to service users during the transition

• Specify and procure call alarm systems to future-proof the service

• Collaborate closely with system providers and stakeholders

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven track record in successful project delivery

• Strong technical knowledge of digitalisation and call-handling services

• Thorough understanding of community alarms and out-of-hours services

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

• Methodical and organised, capable of managing conflicting deadlines

• Experience in the telecare sector is advantageous

Requirements:

• Valid driving license and own vehicle (reasonable adjustments possible under the Equality Act)
