Job description
We are currently partnering with a leading Housing Association in the North West, who are recruiting for an Operations Manager to join their growing team on a permanent basis.
Our client is proud to be one of the largest providers of Social Housing in the North with this role covering areas such as Bury, Accrington and Lancaster.
This is a full-time position with a salary band of up to £40,000 per annum, and the start date is subject to notice – but can move quickly for anyone suitable.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Managing 4 to 5 managers running a series of services supporting people at risk of homelessness or refugees
Contributing towards budget planning and looking at ways to make the service more efficient
Representing the services at group meetings across the region
Ensuring that contracts are being retained and protected
Working with service and other Operations managers to look at ways to improve the service provided
Monitoring KPI’s for the line managers and raising any concerns
Working to maintain the reputation of both the service and the organisation
Experience required:
Management of service team leaders
Project and Contract Management
Managing outreach services providing support
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
Risk assessment and management
Financial management and budgeting
Compliance and due diligence
