Job description

Our client, based across Manchester, Stockport and Lancashire, is currently recruiting for an ASB Officer on an 8 week temporary contract.

This role offers at least 4 days working from home a week!

The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The hourly rate is £21.68 per hour via an Umbrella Company

The ideal candidate will have experience working on court preparation, dealing with all levels of ASB and also have access to their own vehicle.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Handling all levels of ASB casework

  • Collecting and recording witness statements

  • Monitoring the full ASB process

  • Working in a tight-knit team

  • Dealing with legal cases and preparing for court

  • Managing safeguarding and tenancy support issues

  • Supporting harassment victims and managing these cases

  • Working closely with police and other relevant agencies

    • Experience required:

  • Experience required in ASB and ASB casework

  • Experience working with customers within housing

    • Working hours:

  • 35 hours per week

  • Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm

  • 4 Days WFH
