We are currently working in partnership with a reputable company on a Social Housing Contract based in Cornwall, who are currently recruiting for three Multi-Trade Operatives on a 6-month temporary to permanent basis.

The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis, with an hourly rate of up to £22.00 per hour on an Umbrella CIS basis.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in multiple trades and will have experience working on Void properties.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Completing various carpentry works, such as hanging doors, repairing work surfaces and cabinets, skirting

• Plumbing, such as replacing and repairing sinks, taps, baths and showers

• Painting and white washing on an ad hoc basis

• Completing various plastering works, such as skimming and patch plastering

Requirements:

• Full UK driving license

• Preferably an NVQ however time served is allowed

• 39 hours per week

• Monday – Friday
