We are currently working in partnership with a Reputable Charity based in North London, who are recruiting for a Lead Worker on a temporary 2-month contract.

The position is due to start immediately, with the potential to go full time. The hourly rate of pay is £24.54 via an Umbrella company or the PAYE equivalent of £20.92 including holiday.

The ideal candidate will have worked with vulnerable clients previously and have an enhanced DBS from within the last 3 years.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Providing floating support to rough sleepers in North London, focusing on encouraging clients to get support for their substance misuse issues

• Supporting clients to get into treatment plans for recovery

• Checking in with service users daily to continue with recovery support and to complete recovery treatment plans

• Responding to any homeless referrals being made across the borough

• Working independently and being a lead figure to other Support Workers

Working hours:

• 37.5 hours per week

• Monday – Friday (various shift patterns: 5am-2pm, 9am-5pm, 5pm-2am)
