We are currently working in partnership with a Reputable Charity based in Peckham who are recruiting for a Lead Manager on a temporary 6-week contract.

The position is due to start immediately, with the potential to go full time. The hourly rate of pay is £28.78 via an Umbrella company or the PAYE equivalent of £24.54 including holiday.

The ideal candidate will have managed a team of Support Workers, previously worked with clients in temporary accommodation and have an enhanced DBS from within the last 3 years.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Managing a pan-London service helping clients access quality properties in the PRS
• Managing a team of 1x Deputy Manager and 10 x Support Workers
• Working alongside the Commissioner Council to improve ex-homeless people’s chances of moving into long term accommodation
• Partnership working with external enforcement and recovery partners

Working hours:

• 37.5 hours per week
