We are currently working in partnership with West Midlands based Legal Firm, who are recruiting for a permanent Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner & Lead, to join their Coventry office on a permanent basis.

This is a full-time position with a salary band of circa £45,000 subject to PQE, with a start date subject to notice.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Overseeing and carrying out all aspects of residential conveyancing including freehold and leasehold work, sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership, new plot purchases

• Supervising and managing other Fee Earners and administration staff within the Firm’s structure and other staff as necessary

• Dealing with clients, intermediaries and HM Land Registry, both in person and over the telephone

• Undertaking file management to the standards defined by the Firm, and undertaking file audits for the team

• Responsible for managing and meeting budgets

• Handling pro-active business development of self and Firm

Experience required:

• Relevant professional qualification – Solicitor, CILEx or CLC

• Residential Conveyancing experience
