Job description

We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Bedfordshire, who are recruiting for a HR Partner, focusing on recruitment, on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The position is due to start immediately, with a salary of up to £47,000 per annum and working from home up to 3 days per week.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Identifying and planning targeted recruitment campaigns for multiple roles using cost effective methods, including engaging with and directly sourcing candidates in the passive and active markets, as well as building a talent pipeline

  • Building effective relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders in the business to understand and forecast recruitment needs, as well as providing a high level of customer service to managers during the recruitment process

  • Administering and coordinating the recruitment process from recruitment planning through to offer, including keeping the recruitment system updated in a timely and efficient manner, automating current processes wherever possible.

  • Working with the HR and Communications teams to promote the employer brand, manage social media and lead of recruitment related projects and process improvements

  • Analysing and reporting on recruitment trends, providing robust recruitment MI to the business

Expertise required:

  • Significant experience working in a recruitment agency and / or a “purist” inhouse recruitment role

  • Strong skills and experience in directly sourcing / headhunting candidates for multiple roles including specialist and hard to fill roles

  • Advanced digital and social media skills.

  • Excellent relationship building skills and strong verbal and written communication ability.

  • Experience of managing a recruitment budget and producing data analysis.

  • Experience of creating a recruitment strategy to promote an employer’s brand

  • Knowledge of housing sector is not essential but would be desirable

  • Experience working with a Recruitment System and Microsoft Office
