We are currently working in partnership with an Educational Institution based in West London, who are recruiting for a HR Officer on a permanent basis. The position is due to start the w/c 12/08/24. The annual salary being offered for this position is £32,000 per annum.

The ideal candidate will have previous educational experience and will have a CIPD qualification or a degree level qualification.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Acting as the point of contact for all HR related queries and liaise with the appropriate person to ensure all matters are dealt with sensitively, confidentially and in a timely manner; ensuring that HR Director is kept up to date with all concerns raised

• Responsible for maintaining employee files in line with data protection regulation

• Onboarding new starters and offboarding where applicable

• Supporting seniors with low level ER casework

• Handling all note taking during meetings and reporting back to seniors

• Liasing with seniors supporting on possible restructures within the organisation

Experience required:

• Experience supporting senior stakeholders

• Experience of working independently where needed

• Experience of assisting with low level ER casework

• Experience working with the HR system Cascade

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• CIPD Qualification required or a degree level qualification

• Knowledge of the educational sector required
