Job description

​We are currently partnering with a provider of a wide range of manufacturing, construction and DIY products, who are recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

This is a full-time position with a salary band of £45,000 to £55,000 per annum (subject to experience) and offer 1-3 days working from home per week dependent on business needs.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Developing and driving a bespoke People Agenda with Key Stakeholders relevant to your specific Areas of Responsibility (AOR)

  • Improving capability, knowledge and decision making of people managers in all things people

  • Along with Key Stakeholders identifying and developing key talent within your areas of responsibility

  • Enhancing individual, management and team performance throughout the HR lifecycle and to source, identify, develop, and retain talent

  • Supporting great people decisions and develop an enabling culture in line with company values

  • Delivering expert advice to all stakeholders to help foster positive, effective and fair Employee Relations

  • Ensuring sensational service levels are consistently delivered in relation to high volume people transactions

  • Identifying, developing and realising key learning & development initiatives which enhance performance

Expertise required:

  • Ideally CIPD L7 qualified

  • Collaboration minded

  • A Self-Starter with the ability to operate independently and delegate

  • Ability to build trusted relationships with multiple stakeholders

  • Ability to deal with a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to identify opportunities for value-adding initiatives and initiate action

  • A coaching mentality to enable managers

  • A commitment to DE&I

Working hours:
