We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Croydon, who are recruiting for a Housing Services Officer on an initial temporary contract with a view to go permanent. The position is due to start immediately. The hourly rate of pay is negotiable and the permanent salary is around £38,000.

The ideal candidate will have previously managed a patch of properties and preferably have experience working in supported housing. They must have a basic DBS certificate, or be happy to have one carried out, drive and have access to their own vehicle, and have proven experience of Housing Officer duties.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Managing a small patch of properties around Croydon

• Collecting rent arrears

• Viewings, sign ups, voids & mutual exchanges

• Tackling ASB across the patch

• Overseeing the voids process

• Working closely with support teams to provide an excellent service to supported housing residents

Experience required:

• Experience required in Social Housing

• Experience working in a supported setting
