Job description

We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in the West Midlands, who are recruiting for an Estate Services Support Co-Ordinator on a temporary 12-month fixed term contract. The position is due to start immediately. The annual salary is up to £ 26,950 per annum.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with general administrative duties and experience dealing with customers and external agencies.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Supporting and monitoring work and action plans

  • Carrying out data inputting to ensure up to date records are kept and targets are being adhered to

  • Supporting the team with administrative tasks

  • Collating weekly figures

  • Supporting the Estates Teams with any administrative functions

  • Completing general administrative tasks such as minute taking, preparing letters, and producing reports and statistics

  • Completing work on Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Experience required:

  • Experience with general administrative duties including, minute taking, preparation of letters, production of reports and statistics for presentations and all other office procedures

  • Experience with dealing with customers and other external agencies

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

  • A strong understanding of Data Protection & Confidentiality

  • Exceptional customer service skills

Working hours:

  • 37 hours per week

  • Monday – Friday

  • There is no working from home available with this role
