Job description
We are thrilled to partner with a leading Local Government to recruit an reliable Permanent Customer Services Manager, based in Honiton, and immediate start.
Role details:
Rate: £36,124 - £40,221 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday (09:00am to 17:00pm)
Location: Honiton
The succesful candiadte will have experince leading a team in a cusomter servcies capactiy, including performance monitoring
Duties will include:
Providing members of the community, in particular elderly and vulnerable with a variety of solutions to help enable them to remain living safely and independently at home
Managing the daily running of the control centre, including sourcing equipment, effective resource planning and implementing call centre strategies and operations
Provide and manage efficient work rotas to ensure all shifts have adequate cover for the provision of an effective and reliable 24/7 service to all customers
Provide an efficient out of hours service (OOH) working closely with Services/departments and managers to ensure the smooth and effective out of hours service is delivered, working closely with all parties to ensure all expectations are met. This will involve being part of a team of staff providing on-call cover for the OOH service as part of a rota.
Assist the Housing Sustainment and Resettlement Service Manager with tenders and contractors undertaking work on key projects that are important to the running of the service
Advise, manage, investigate, and resolve immediately any problems or difficulties experienced with any aspect of the system which needs to be operational 24/7 to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the service.
