We are currently partnering with a Shared Legal Service based in London, who are recruiting for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join their accomplished team on a temporary basis.

This is a full-time position of 35 hours a week, the rate of pay will be negotiable based upon experience and the start date is subject to notice.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Managing a varied caseload of complex commercial property matters with a particular focus on development, regeneration and property transactions

• Drafting and negotiating contracts, transfers and leases

• Advising clients on governance

• Providing advice to internal and external stakeholders

Experience required:

• Experience required in a local government setting

• Experience working with commercial property

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

• Drafting legal documents to a high standard

• Awareness of corporate governance procedures
