Job description
We are currently partnering with a multi-disciplined medium-sized company based in Hertfordshire, who are recruiting for a Bid Writer or Bid Coordinator to join their growing team on a permanent basis.
Our client is a proud family run business who work throughout the public and private sectors to deliver a variety of projects including one-off projects to multi-million-pound frameworks.
This is a full-time position with a salary of £35,000 - £50,000 + a £5,000 car allowance and the start date is subject to notice.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Craft compelling ITT and PQQ responses using persuasive techniques
Customising pre-written content for bespoke bids
Collaborating with bid and operational teams to develop winning proposals
Maintaining tender portals and CRM systems to streamline bid processes
Visiting live sites and create engaging case studies
Supporting the marketing team and attend client/business events
Experience required:
Experience as a Bid Assistant or similar role
Experience with construction bid/procurement processes is a bonus
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
Strong writing, organisational, and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign and CRM systems
A positive, can-do attitude and eye for detail

37.5 – 40 hours per week
