Job description
We are currently partnering with a leading Chartered Surveyor and Property Consultancy based in East London, who are recruiting for an Associate Project Manager to join their growing team on a permanent basis.
This organisation is proud to work with a host of great clients including NatWest, Barclays, Kier & Pret A Manger.
This is a full-time position with a salary of up to £70,000 + package the start date is subject to notice.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Managing residential projects ranging from £3 - £20 million whilst ensuring projects are managed to the highest quality standards and are completed efficiently and on time
Having the ability to run projects autonomously and be accountable for decisions made
Identifying the risks, likely impact; managing those risks and ensuring a clear allocation of risks in contractual arrangements
End-to-end planning, organization and direction of resources – ensuring timescales are adhered to, efficiency of progress and cost-containment
Coordinating of resources, procurement and appointment of consultants, contractors and suppliers, developing specific turn-key project structures to suit client needs
Experience required:
Experience managing a wide range of projects
Experience working on projects within the residential sector
Ideally hold a professional qualification (MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM)
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
Able to oversee projects autonomously
Exceptional leadership skills
Excellent communication, planning and organisation skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet tight targets
