We are thrilled to partner with a leading Housing Association to recruit a highly skilled and experienced ASB Team Leader

Role details:

• Rate: £37,728 to £41,516 per annum

• Contract: 12-month Fixed Term Contract

• Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday (09:00am to 17:00pm)

• Location: Gloucestershire & hybrid working from home

The ideal candidate will have experience within management, and hold an enhanced DBS in last three years.

Duties will include:

• Manage the operational day to day delivery of the Housing ASB service to include ASB services and tenancy support

• Work closely with the Tenancy Services Manager to ensure that outcome focused, efficient and effective services are delivered to reduce the impact of ASB across CBC managed communities

• To maintain effective operational partnerships with internal departments, Police, Social Services and specialist support providers

• To manage the performance and delivery of the ASB team and tenancy support

• Effectively recruit, induct, supervise, train, appraise, and develop team members to meet the objectives set, including monthly 1:1 meeting

• Deputise for the Tenancy Services Manager as and when necessary and support change
