​​We are currently partnering with a Local Authority based in Warwickshire, who are recruiting for an Area Contracts & Enforcement Officer to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

This position will see you managing the relationships and contracts for waste management across the Country and ensuring high standards for waste, recycling and ground maintenance across your patch.

This is a full-time position with a salary band of £27,000-30,000 (subject to experience) and the start date for August 2024.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

·         Responsible for waste, recycling, parking, street cleaning and ground maintenance contracts across your patch

·         Building relationships with contractors and ensuring waste collection is efficiently managed

·         Carrying out enforcement action for fly tipping and reporting cases

·         Dealing with customer complaints in a timely manner and upholding excellent customer service at all times

Experience required:

·         Contract management experience within either waste, recycling, parking or ground maintenance sectors

·         Previously carried out enforcement action

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

·         Relationship management for waste contracts
